Welcome – and because you’re looking at this site there are probably some things in your life that you want to change.

I love working with people and helping them to make major positive changes in their lives   .

As a Counsellor  and hypnotherapist  I use  various modalities of hypnotherapy, and non hypnotic techniques such as neuro linguistic programming ( N.L.P) and emotional freedom techniques (E.F.T) I am able to tailor treatments to the individuals needs.

Using these tools it is possible to access and activate the positive side of thoughts, feelings and emotions to effect change.

My approach is to help empower the individual, often teaching techniques which can be used independently  by the individual. I see my role as that of a facilitator, helping individuals to access and use more of the inner strengths and resources which we all possess. No matter what ambitions you may have, or what changes you want to make, hypnotherapy can give you the focus, determination and willpower to achieve them.
