Essential oils are distilled from aromatic plants each with its own therapeutic property. They have been shown through research to possess stimulant, anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory and relaxant properties, among others. The aromas alone can calm the mind and relax the nervous system. We undertake a full consultation with each individual and our experience will determine the exact blend of oils to benefit you.

Massage is also the most effective way of applying essential oils. The combination of oils with therapeutic touch is guaranteed to leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed and with a sense of well-being and calm.

There are many other ways of using essential oils- vaporisation, creams gels, compresses, inhalations – all can be incorporated into your treatment plan and can easily be used at home.

Appointments last either 1 1/2 hours or I hour – please allow 15-20 minutes extra for a confidential consultation on your first visit. This covers your medical history, general health and lifestyle. The massage is unique to you and will be discussed when making your appointment.
