We  are often are so very busy in our lives that we forget how to be in the present moment.

This simple exercise only needs to last 10 minutes

create  a relaxed space NO  t.v ,  mobile or computer. If you have young children practice when they are asleep.

play some gentle relaxing music sit or lie down and wrap a light blanket around you get cosy.

Take time  daily  and breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. slow your breathing down and as you breath in push you belly out when you breath out pull your belly in focus on 5 breaths in and out.

very soon your mind will understand you want to relax as you repeat your breathing.

Very soon you will feel more focused more energetic and more at peace.
