No excuses for a healthy you 2013, take a holistic view; Healthy mind, body, spirit. For a healthy mind, sit and breath daily and listen to my relaxation recording. For a healthy body 30 minutes of exercise (brisk walk), eat healthly (low carbs, high protein) and stay hydrated with 8 glasses of water a day. For a healthy spirit, take a look outside connect with nature; a tree, a river, a field. Try hugging a friend/stroke a pet, you are now connecting with the one consciousness, the one creator.
